Hi, I'm Natalie!
You could say my journey into interior design was an unconventional one, originating from a career in the West End where I used to sing for my supper in leading roles. But my true passion has always been the world of interiors and home renovations. I've had the opportunity to flip countless properties over the years, gaining invaluable insights into the intricate process of managing builds and bringing my visions to life.
When the opportunity for a new direction arose, it was clear that the realm of interiors was my calling. Completing a diploma in Interior Design during lockdown solidified my passion, leading to the inception of Bower Interior Design.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I've had the privilege of working on Prime-Time Channel 4 shows like "Worst House On The Street" and "Can't Sell, Must Sell." with presenters Scarlette and Stuart Douglas. This incredible experience taught me invaluable lessons in working under pressure (especially with a camera in my face!) and managing projects within budget constraints. It reinforced the importance of remaining calm, cool, and collected, even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Renovating may seem daunting to those unfamiliar with the process. Where do you even start?! But for me, it's a source of excitement. I thrive on the potential and possibilities that each property holds. Refreshing tired homes is a challenge I genuinely enjoy, and now, witnessing the emotional connection my clients have with their homes makes me so happy.
My ultimate goal is simple: to partner with you in realising your interior aspirations, whether it's a spa-like bathroom or a complete home overhaul. When you're overwhelmed by the prospect of where to begin, that's where I step in. I understand the emotional rollercoaster that renovations can be. It's not just about changing the physical space; it's about transforming lives and creating sanctuaries. I have 2 beautiful children. You can see the sea from my front door. Negroni's are my go-to cocktail. I have a serious phobia of flying. I love food but I'm a pretty terrible cook. I lift weights. My family are Greek Cypriot. I've sung on live TV 4 times. I could eat pasta everyday. It's my dream to build my own house. I trained as a professional dancer. I hate snow, give me a beach holiday any day.
